Be:cause Modern 2025 Auction

Docomomo US announces the return of its online auction Be:Cause Modern – the Auction for Modernism, featuring overnight stays at some of the country’s most iconic Modern homes; collectible vintage design objects, ephemera, and printed matter; and one very exclusive design odyssey from our partners at MillerKnoll.

 

Be:Cause Modern benefits the ongoing work of Docomomo US, supporting the preservation of modern architecture, landscapes, and design through principled advocacy, collaboration, and celebration.

 

Bidding opens at 12pm EST on Friday, May 16 and runs through 9pm EST on Sunday, May 25.

 

Share Your Love of Modernism with Others

Docomomo US is still accepting donations for the auction including signed drawings and books, paintings, woodcuts and lithographs, furniture and design objects, unique and vintage tabletop items, and exclusive tour experiences and modern home stays. New lots are added to the site on an ongoing basis.
